My favorite thing to do is go on adventures with my children; for our latest adventure we traveled to visit the Joshua Trees. I found the way that the sun lit this cane cholla cactus captivating. I love how the cactus is rising up towards the light. Kind of like life...rising every time we fall, searching for the light, always looking upward.
