To apply for tax exemption, email your signed Resale Certificate with Minted listed as the seller in the vendor field to trade@minted.com. Find more information about required documentation HERE.

DESIGN TRADE PROGRAM TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

By accepting membership to Minted's Design Trade Program, you agree that you will purchase Minted art for the sole purpose of conducting business with an individual client, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means. Minted may, in its discretion, change or deactivate your code if it is shared to the general public. Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Minted's sole discretion.
Please refer to https://www.minted.com/trade for the most current program discount information. Minted may, in its discretion, change the Design Trade Program terms and benefits at any time with or without notice.
The Design Trade Program member discount applies only to fine art products, including children’s art and giftable art, but not including commissioned art, customizable fine art, all products purchased from the “direct from artist” section of our website, Minted More membership fees, Photo Op or styling, all fabric goods, or customization services. Discounts do not apply to shipping charges or tax, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, including discounted credit.
All images, copy and designs are the property of Minted and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Minted.
BULK ORDERS Art orders containing 5 items or more are considered bulk orders. We dedicate special production resources to fulfilling bulk orders and are therefore unable to accept returns of these orders.
By joining Minted’s Design Trade Program you agree to receive emails, promotions and general messages from Minted’s Design Trade Program team and you accept that your contact information will be used in accordance with Minted’s privacy policy.
