About the work
Thunderhead Dance I have always been fascinated with vast open skies. The unobstructed views of western skies represent the possibilities of what is to come while also providing a vantage point to witness the passing of what has been...being present with the beauty and power of the whole process. As a storm builds on this summer afternoon in Taos, NM, the warm winds blow desert clouds into a spectacular dance. I imagine they are dancing to a silent symphony of the skies.
