About the work

I don't do portraits of people or animal often. This is the first time I drew a kitten in pen and ink. It was challenging for its white beards. Also it is difficult to depict grey with black ink. I started with the eyes, which turned out to be the easiest part. I spent the most efforts in outlining the beards - time consuming but satisfying.
