A perspective on beauty - This canna flower was beginning to wither and I was struck by the vibrant redness it still clung to, making death a more peaceful process. Shot within shadows, the light highlights the vibrance of the flower, therefore disguising the process that will eventually lead to its end. This piece is one of four prints that comprise my photography series featuring the intriguing canna flower.
