About the work
Every spring I go to photograph the tulip fields in Washington State. It is the largest tulip growing area outside of Holland. I just love the fields of tulips that go on and on. I feel like Alice in Wonderland. And I love to sit right down in the fields, and make friends with the flowers. They are so soft and pretty, and full of pure colors.
