Lately I’ve been loving the graphic design work of Austin based design collective PTARMAK. They do beautiful branding with great attention to detail and not at all pretentious. They also have a beautiful blog that offers endless inspiration that I highly recommend perusing.Comments Off on Designer to Know: PTARMAK
With the Wedding Letterpress Collection launching just a few short weeks ago, I couldn’t help but be inspired by all of the beautiful designs that were fresh to the minted website. Despite my love for color and chaos, this simple black, grey and white wedding invitation suite caught my eye. With the contrast of elegant and basic fonts mixed in with modern sketched foliage, the invitation seemed like a perfect start to an effortless design.1 COMMENT
The beautiful watercolor invitation DIY posted a couple days ago has put me in a watercolor mood this early spring. Watercolor is a really popular trend right now that’s extending far beyond paper. Here’s a roundup of some beautiful watercolor inspiration items for this Friday. Have a wonderful weekend!

A circus themed party is a classic right? It’s great for boys or girls, there’s animals and it offers a great bright color palette. I made these “Greatest Kid on Earth” badges for 3 special birthday kiddos to wear to their circus themed party this weekend.Comments Off on Circus badges
This just might be our easiest DIY ever. It’s as simple as tying a knot! We’ve been seeing these hair elastics in our favorite stores and all over the web, and can’t get enough. They’d make a great party craft for girls, a cute addition to a bridesmaid’s kit, or maybe they’re just the thing to brighten up that laundry-day-ponytail.
I love party photo booths because they work equally as well at a kid’s birthday as they do at a wedding. And you can easily personalize them to the occasion with the backdrop. This candy button backdrop is so easy it only requires three supplies and about ten minutes.4 COMMENTS
