wallpaper trends.

As I start planning out my next home decor project, I’ve become quite enamored with some of the latest in wallpaper trends. Even if you’re not willing to commit to wallpapering an entire room, using a fun pattern here or there as an accent wall or to a piece of furniture is sure to brighten up a room. Here are just a few wallpaper designs that have caught my eye.
Pairing traditional paper making techniques from Japan and Turkey with new modern twists, Calico Wallpaper is creating designs that are quite unique. With rich color and texture, I am particularly fond of the golden Wabi collection, but the other designs, inspired by NASA, moonscapes and the night sky, are quite something to behold as well.
Design*Sponge’s most recent office makeover showcases a statement wall created with Eskayel’s ‘The Dance’ in Olive wallpaper that perfectly accents the dark wood floors, white walls, and chic rustic accessories throughout this beautiful space.
Feeling like getting funky? I have long been a fan of Studio Ditte’s bold use of off-beat patterns. Their “Teaspoons” wallpaper would be perfect for brightening up an eclectic kitchen or dining nook.
I loved this powder room makeover on Cupcakes and Cashmere, featuring a dark, floral wallpaper by Ellie Cashman. All of Ellie’s designs are gorgeous, including this alternative to the dark bouquet seen below.
