Bath Salts Favors

DIY Bath Salts Favour

One of the most fun parts of a wedding to DIY are the favours. For our wedding, we wanted to give our guests something they could use the next day to relax and unwind from all the festivities.

These cute pom-pom trimmed, bath salt filled pouches are easy to sew and your guests will love using them to have a relaxing bath the next day.

Step by StepTemplate Bath Salts Favours
Step 1: Cut two pieces of fabric large enough to fit around your bath salts packet, keeping them longer at the top.
Step 2: Sew your pom pom trim to the right side of one half of your fabric.
Step 3: Pin your two pieces of fabric right side together making sure your pom pom trim is on the inside.
Step 4: Sew around the edges of your pouch. Turn over the top and sew along the edge as well. Fold out and press with an iron.
Step 5: Pop your bath salts in and make a little tag with a message for your friends and family. Tie this with your mini scoop to the top of your pouch.

You can purchase a ready made pouch if you don’t want to sew one for each guest and just make the tags.

Our guests loved having a special treat for the next morning!
