Katie & Mike: A Minted wedding from start to finish!

We have a new little surprise this afternoon… we thought it would be fun for you to see a Minted couple through their wedding from start to finish.

Katie and Mike are our first couple in what will hopefully be a long tradition. Here is their Nostalgia Save the Date card by Emily Ranneby.

Isn’t the barn door that Katie and Mike took their engagement shoot against incredible? I also think black and white looks incredibly classy with this design. And what a good looking couple.

Their choice of Guess What?’s Contemporary Chic wedding invitation was perfect for their seaside wedding in East Falmouth, Massachusetts.

I always love weddings right on the beach! And isn’t Katie’s bustle beautiful?

Here is a stunning shot of the bride from the front–lovely, lovely dress and ity, bity waist!  And isn’t the map of Massachusetts behind her awesome? It even has turquoise hues.

They did a great job of tying in the turquoise and navy colors.

Isn’t that tabletop stunning? Such great contrast.

What a beautiful, happy couple! It is such a great idea to make sure to get a picture of you with all of your wedding guests. I love how their photographer was able to capture everyone with this special angle. And I have to say I think the clapboard house is reminiscent of the barn door on the save the date.

Katie and Mike went with Design Lotus’s Akina thank you note so they were able to include a little wedding photo as well.

Aren’t Katie’s earrings stunning?!

I really like how the photo is not dominating the entire card, but is really just an accent to the main message of thanks. I will also mention that if you decide to include a picture in your thank you it buys you a little more time and understanding with your thank yous which is really nice as well.

A huge congratulations to Katie and Mike! Thank you so much for sharing your special day with us. We hope you are enjoying newlywed bliss and we can’t wait to see what your first holiday card as a couple looks like!!
