Has anyone else noticed they aren't getting emails when a design sells? I hadn't bothered to look at my transaction report since I hadn't gotten any, but I just did randomly and I had a sale last month.
Sara, you had me hoping for sales of which I wasn't informed, but, sadly, no, I've received an email for each sale on my report. I would email Minted.
Hey Sara! That's happened to me too (and it's nice!). I can't remember where I read it, but I think that happens when someone calls in an order instead of ordering it online. I think ; )
Sorry to get your hopes up! Thanks Jennifer, I'll just keep an eye on it and if I get in emails in the future I'll know that was what was going on!

I'm having this issue too. Only got 1 out of 3 'sold' emails. All 3 of my recent sales have been the same design & same color scheme, so I hope the 'no email' is the error & not what we're seeing on the transaction report!
