This take on Minted was made by undefined from , a member of Minted's community of independent artists.
Throughout my primary education I craved to be assigned creative projects. This led me to study Fine Art at West Chester University, where I focused on drawing, painting, B&W photography and pottery. Gravitating toward classical media such as charcoal, ink, acrylic, watercolor and gouache, I regard color as my primary element, often combining modern and antique palettes. Equally drawing inspiration from nature and industry, my work is recognizably guided by contrast.

Thank you for your feedback. Your feathers are beautiful!
Thank you! I loved doing the animals as it was way out of my normal and more back to my roots. I love your feathers, they are stunning!
Thanks for your comment. The photo is mine actually! There is a bluebird family that sit on my windowsill. It's sort of magical! I do bribe them with mealworms though. See more at https://www.flickr.com/photos/violentbloom
Hello Lynnette! Thanks so much for the like. Your Hawk feather looks absolutely amazing!
Hi Lynette, Thank you for your comment on my bear. Can you further explain why the signature on the work would create a problem? I am completely new to Minted, and don't really understand why having my signature on the piece would matter? I would appreciate any advise. Thanks.
Hey Lynnette, you were curious if my "flamingo" was watercolour. Well it was created somewhat similarly. Once upon a time I got a little vial of old style fabric dye. I guess it's made up of a mix of tiny individual pigments so when you drop it in water the individual colours spread out. Wish I knew where to find more. It's super cool stuff! P.S. I love your Grey feather!
Hi Lynnette, thank you for the like on sweet love. Trying, oh so trying : ) I know you can relate! Thanks again.

Thanks for your comment @prittybird. "Charcuterie" is actually a culinary art est. much before Victorian times as are woodcut arts dating back to early medieval pieriod. The "revival" is part of Victorian 19th c. - particularly in Paris, where the bohemian culture of bistros, cafés and patisserie flowered. ;)
