About Kara Aina

Kara Aina was born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada and now resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. She works primarily in watercolor, oils, and occasionally in ink, acrylic, and collage. Her work is inspired by connections and interactions she has with family, friends and nature. In addition to being an artist she is a mother of 4 sons and a high school art educator.
