Interesting idea! I would make the photos all the same size though.

I really like the sizing of the photos as they are now- the larger color photo in the center is great focal point and it is still all aligned on the grid. I was trying to imagine what it would look like if all the outer photos were the same size, but i'm not sure you would see enough of the photo... either way, its a fun option for those parents who lean towards announcements more focused on the photo. :)

I like how you have the bigger colour photo surrounded by the smaller black and whites as well. It's a great idea!!
