This is absolutely beautiful, I love the gauzy texture you managed to capture of the flowers, as well as the colors! One thing -- the last name "Partridge" could maybe be bumped up a little closer to "Emma Leigh" (great name btw ;) ). I realize you don't want it to hit/come too close to the descenders of Leigh but it just feels a little too separate. "Welcoming" and the date/weight look perfect!

I'd go with B, but make the name just a touch bigger.
