I like the red. Not sure you need the when? and where? or the snowflakes. I think your design might look a bit cleaner with just the type and the glasses. Just my opinion though!

Karina, I do agree with Ann on the 'when & where'. I would also make the party details a bit smaller and drop them a bit lower.

I agree with Ann's comments. Or maybe if you want to keep the snowflakes, make them small and add a different one to each glass? I also think the typeface is getting a bit lost on the tan. Heavier face or deeper background? just a few thoughts.
