This is lovely! I would say if you were to add a background to make it subtle enough to where all your text and tic tac toe games still pop.

Super cute and fun design! If the edges of the heart are the end of the card, I'd leave it just the way it is. If not, I would add a little something to the background to make it less stark, maybe just the same red that is on the printing.

Nope, leave it without a background! It would be harder to actually play tic tac toe with a pattern.
