2nd rock from bottom, tip pattern a bit counter clockwise to create more vertical movement

I agree with Escargot on the pattern direction for each rock. I would be curious if you added more shadow each rock or one big shadow on bottom rock. The reason I say this is because I am curious if you are trying to make it seem like the rocks are wobbly or sturdy. I think a shadow would do the trick depending on what you wanted. Nice work!

Stacked rocks seems to be a big thing right now... But i do like the idea that they are more collage based and less screensaver photograph on the beach. The color scheme of the top rock feels the nicest. The rest seem to date it a little. I might adjust the hue some, but that's just me.

like it, maybe the horizontal lines of the 4th stones can be changed to another pattern?
