comments from Alexia:

This Ethereal, Conceptual, Abstract Intuitive work on Canvas will allow for numerous interpretations. This artwork stems from a visual record of my emotions. I wanted to remember that only through personal sacrifice and effort can we go forward and develop as human beings.

Hi Alexia, I am quite drawn to the empty space and depth. I like your unusual color choice. Good luck and welcome to Minted!

It actually reminds me of my piece "The City at Peace". Great depth and perfect calming color tones. Well done!!

Amazing. That little dark part on the left could be less dark, maybe.

Very ethereal, dream like. You made the color pink work really well here, which is not easy to do.

calm even with the pink, subdued atmosphere, composition seems split vertically at the 2nd quarter

Very cool. The black at the far left tends to be a little straining on the eye. It would be cool to have something else in a series next to it, that would balance it more. Unless that is purposeful, I think it looks amazing.

Love the placement of pink and the shade you have chosen. The blending makes it look so soft. I also like the proportions of the foreground and the sky. This is beautiful!

What is it called? I feel like I'm in a field looking back towards town or the village. I really like it --- not sure I'd change anything except maybe a tiny bit lighter in the top left corner sky?

Melissa on Dec 4, 2017 at 6:55pm

Love the colors and overall tone. Could see this looking great in lots of different spaces.

I really love the way the foreground blends into the background. I also really like the contrast between the abstract ground to the shapes and figures of what I imagine to be dwellings in the background.

I chose C, but was also drawn to A. I guess I feel that C is more gender neutral.
