gorgeous moth consider rotating & enlarging it a for greater detail & make the moth more pronounced with smaller dark background, consider masking out moth and lightening bk grnd a bit, change intensity or blur just a tad it is so beautiful id just like to see it in more prominence

Beautiful moth. I agree with Tracy A - maybe throw some lighting on the background. Or, possibly enlarging moth so that it covers most of the frame. Add a bit of intensity. Rotate it.

A Luna Moth! I found one of these once when I was a child!

Not sure what kind of shot you got but I would open this up to give a sense of scale for the moth. Execellent work!

Very interesting moth! I would maybe play with alternate cropping, so that the moth isn't perfectly in the center.

Beautiful, agree with off-center or square cropping. Would make moth a touch bigger.

AWESOME! I agree with off center and bigger---have you played with having any of the body/wings go off the frame?

Yes, great image. Maybe slightly tighter on this gorgeous moth would really be perfect.

stunning!

Maybe I would find it better with a little more light (while conserving the current contrast) but gorgeous pic, though !

Pretty! I agree with Clara's comment. I think lightening the moss/green in the background just a bit would help to pull out a little more of the texture.

Agree with what has already been posted! Brightening the subject as well as the background a little more could add excellent definition. Beautiful photo, isn't it a treasure to run into one of these moths?

Took the advice of the crits and made a square option with a lighter background.
