I chose B. I think C& D are a little too confusing to read. The added details of A are nice, but I like the more cleanness of B.

I like that line "Save a day for us." Ink spots are nice but not sure they are necessary maybe a poll for comparison. What stands out to me is the date is so small and blends into the word love I almost missed it. Would definitely play with making that date stand out more. Just an idea you could try, you could change love to the date 06 23 and in the box have the year maybe?
