comments from Malorie:

This design is great for both genders and all ages. With the colors changeable, and the ability to highlight the age of your child (ages 1-9) it will make any birthday party a huge hit!

I would love to hear feedback on this. Is it too much of the same color? Thanks!

What do you think? I'm worried it's a bit too much, but I'm really happy with the color pallet. Thanks again for the help.

I absolutely love this, especially what you did with the numbers. Very clever!I think a bright color would really pop it up though without damaging the simplicity of the design. A deep red or a pale yellow would look great with the grey! What do you think?

Hi Malorie, I do think a few pops of color would do wonders to your illustrations. Also, Minted would love to see diversity in the prints and patterns. I would start with color first ... since your palette is on the paler tones .... why not start there (pale orange, tan, pink, blue etc).

Thanks so much for the feedback. I know you're both right about at least adding more color, and perhaps pattern diversity. I'm so obsessed with monochromatic color schemes right now :/ I'll work on it tonight and repost. Thanks again!
