very pretty design. The silver against the blue does make it a little hard to read maybe make the font larger below Carlton Oaks Country club

I really like the typography and layout actually, my only thought is that the foil border is so thick that it dominates your composition. It's distracting enough to make it hard to read. maybe break it up into several smaller lines or reduce it a bit?
