Love your lettering! I'm wondering if it even needs the floral illustration - while it's beautiful, I think it takes away from the text a little bit. Have you tried it without? I also really like Vanessa's suggestion of a warm hue - it might be too much, but it could be interesting to see it vary from warm orangey-red tones at the top to your great blues you have now at the bottom. Just some ideas to play with. Good luck in the contest and welcome to Minted!
