I like things from both of these options – tough. I'm going with A because I like the painted look for the botanicals, but I do find that your "Merry Christmas" in this option doesn't stand up (attention-wise) to the graphic. Maybe try another variation with a different treatment for the copy – possibly a similar painted look?
