I'm not crazy about the font used for the family name, but I can't find a font pairing that I'm completely happy with... any suggestions? The foiled font is Georgia Bold. Thanks in advance!

A for me - is there a slight drop shadow on the letters? If so, I would remove it. For the smaller text, try reducing the size (maybe to size 8 or 9) and track out the letters quite a bit

What about a thin sans serif, quicksand, ostrich sans, or the ubiquitous brandon grotesque,

I definitely see the vision you are going for and I would stay with a serif font. However the gold foil with the green background clash and make it difficult to see. Overall I like the saying and theme.
