the clean typography of option B allows the rest of the design to shine. But I prefer the colors of option A. (the emphasis of blue in B kind of implies "boy")

Obsessed with this! I was trying to think of an idea for this copy and you did it to perfection. And I chose D! I like the copy on its own with no stripes :)

Pregnancy is stressful no matter how smoothly it goes. This is a very nice sentiment, with a beautiful and appropriately relaxing visual design!

I like the color palette but I think you should carry a little blue into the inside, maybe the straw and the words "laid back" could be blue. Or maybe you make the straw the same color as what you have on the front, the darker pink/redish color.

I think the colors work, but I agree that it would be nice to see the blue on the inside to pull it together and cut through the pink.
