This has come so far - and looks awesome! I'm torn between C and D though I think C would look awesome with a deep warm gray for the type instead of the purple. D looks pretty darn great though!

It has a folkloric charm. <3 I might try making "baby shower" a bit larger and possibly scaling down the surrounding art to give it a focal point. Right now, everything is the same scale and that is creating the "busyness." I love the artwork.

I like the colors in D, such a fun design, love the treatment on the animals. It does strike me as still busy. I like Mary's suggestion. Maybe baby shower split into two lines and enlarge could help, or have you played with just one of each type of animal? OR maybe simply just making baby shower one color instead of the rainbow.

D for me- I like the more muted (but still festive) tones! You might take the black type and swap for a softer charcoal grey- right now it's calling a lot of attention visually between the dark color and heavy font weight-- incorporating another lighter font for some of the details might help as well? Really fun illustrations though- and I don't think they're too busy, very fitting with the folk style!

I went with C because B was a bit too bright for me. just my opinion, but I'd love to see A + C with the muted background illustrations and just the text in the bright, bold colors? super cute design, Kelsey!

love the new lockup! The die cut is so festive with this and I think I prefer the brighter colors.

I love these animals and the colors! I do think some simplification would help though - the type feels like it's all getting a bit lost in the design. Have you also thought of trying it on the curved frame diecut? The animals are creating such an interesting shape I'm wondering if the die would look nice with it.

Which design and color palette do you prefer? Are the bright colors in the second option too bright for a baby shower? Or do you think they're fun?? Thanks in advance for your help!!
