comments from Linda:

This sweet baby shower invitation with foil-pressed details is imitating a ship ticket, inviting everyone to be aboard and celebrate.

This is my first ever design on Minted. :) Would like to receive some words. I am not 100% sure about my silver rope and anchor.. Does it fit to the design?

Love where this has come. I like both the red and blue, but the red feels just slightly more "nautical" to me. So cute!

B, great colors. Less is more for me.

Welcome to Minted! It is my first challenge as well. I think that if anything, it might make more sense for just the actual anchor itself to be silver. Aside from that, I think the blue section might not be centered on the background. Good luck in the challenge!

Cute! The only suggestion that I would try is to make the anchor not upside down? Maybe twist it the other way and have the anchor right side up on the right instead of the left.

Very cute! What a great first Minted submission! I agree with Pam on the anchor being upside down. As for the silver, I don't actually think you need it. Your design is so intricate and detailed as it is, I don't think the silver is needed. I might try to bring the 's closer into Baby on the "Baby's on Board" just to cut some of that space. Might give you the chance to have "on" be dead center. Just a thought! Best of luck. Really cute design.

This is sweet! I like the paper boat icon at the top. Do you think adding the word "One" to read "One First Class" would even that side out better with "Boarding Pass"? I don't think the anchor and rope need to be in silver... a matte pewter gray would work nicely. What about removing the " 's " so it just reads "Baby on Board"? If that makes "on" be too off-center, maybe changing "on" to the sans serif font would help? Finally, what about another color option for the stripes? Maybe a light blue? Good luck to you!

I thinks it's lovely and distinctive. I would say the design is strong enough to not need to be foiled though.
