I lean towards B. But I think it could be simplified even more. I feel like the banner, the ampersand and the date/time info are all competing against each other for focus.

I went with A – your ampersand is really nice! I might try moving away from a generally centered alignment of the design, because there looks to be a bit of fighting for where that center point actually is …does that make sense?

I like the framing around the edges because it helps make the color pop on the typography.
