I'm really struggling. The concept is there, and I can't seem to execute. Any help / ideas are greatly appreciated!

Love this illustration! I prefer B. I think the name line is running wide and some people will have wider names still. Have you considered putting the last name or middle and last names on a second line in a serif font?

I like A... very fun! Have you considering ditching the "Introducing" line and having the "there's a new chief in town" above the firetruck on a curve? Just a thought.

A is my favorite. I think the simple type balances out the fire engine and photo.

A: I like the fire truck illustration taking center stage. The "CHIEF" in the other ones feels like it's competing with the truck since it's similarly sized to the truck. Might even consider making the truck ~20% bigger for more impact. I would prefer to see the white border width consistent all around though.

This is such a cute concept and I totally agree there's something there. I voted B. I think with all the elements on the left, one photo works better and competes less. I would probably try simplifying the name. The whole thing doesn't feel cohesive - it feels like 4 separate units. Maybe if you had the engine at the top, then the "there's a new" under that with the name and stats simplified, it would feel more like one package deal. I hope that makes sense!

I think the fire truck, introducing and the child's name should be more of a unit. They feel like separate stand alone elements right now. I'd also like to see you push the babies name a bit more. Currently the lowercase and then all caps in the same font but smaller isn't enough of a contrast. Maybe play with various fonts or put the child's name all on one line ... or, pull the font you have Chief in for the babies name too. I think pulling the fire truck down under introducing could help. Also simplifying the borders to match the ones you have on the pictures could help clean it up too. Love the illustration of the truck!

A for me! I think the borders on the photos are just a little bit too much. Love your little fire engine! I might also flip it around so it's pointing to the photos and directing your eye though the design a bit more - like D :)

Oh! And i might try using the same font you used for "introducing" for the "michael smith", birth info and parents' names. It might help unify all the elements just a bit more.

Sharp! I think the name (middle and last) could benefit from additional kerning. Good luck!

D for me. I think the lettering works best. I might also try it as a one photo design to compare.

Love that firetruck! I picked C because I like the script font the best in the that one, but I do like the "chief" better in the other ones. :) great job!

Great illustration, I dont think the photos need a border. Maybe add a titch more space between william and michael smith. Love the colors.

I dont think you need a border around the photos... I would just increase the leading between William and Michael smith... Seems a little tight! Best of Luck!

I am a beginner, but I would try extending the background on the left over to the right and fitting the babies inside it. It might be better the way you have it, but try it if you want and see what you think! I love the soft border.

i like your idea of an overlay on the photos. it feels a bit disjointed with the dreamy effect on the left paired with the crisp edges of the photos. such a cute illustration ;)

Beautiful! Could you make the red in "chief" and "william" a little more subtle to match the watercolor truck a little better? I personally think it look great without a border or overlay.

Love your graphic, my suggestion would be to simplify baby's names a bit, right now it looks like you have two titles, maybe switch the font to a slab serif like archer or umm rockwell.
