B. The whites are read more true.

I chose B - it has a nice brightness to it, especially compared to C.

I love this! The color combination is so beautiful and I can definitely see this selling at West Elm. I would just suggest that you brighten it up and add a little contrast in photoshop so that the whites stand out a little more.
