Nice! I wonder though if the border around the text is a little too thick? It stars to pull attention away from the main text and even the image of the graduate. But if you made it a little thinner I think it would achieve a better balance!

Nice classic design! I would suggest taking a look at the kerning on the school name line (esp. the space between the "A" and "T" and between the "S" and "C".
