Does this design need a border?

Love the feel of this invitation, very unique :) I wouldn't do a border necessarily, but if you wanted to experiment with some sort of element in the corners, I think that would work to ground the design without overpowering it with a solid border. Try it out, but at a glance I don't think it would need anything if the design takes up the bulk of the space.

I like the simplicity and would personally leave the edges borderless. I think it fits the style of this type of wedding perfectly - simple, open, casual. If you wanted a little more pop, you could play around with something around the oars...maybe some leaves, a wreath or banner shape, etc. But overall I think it looks great.

I wouldn't add a border, I love the simplicity.

I like the simple clean feeling of this! But if you wanted to add a little extra, try adding some color into the type. Even just shades of the color used could help to make certain parts pop

I might try adding a border just to get an idea whether you like it or not.
