I like the color combinations and the hand drawn look. You might want to give it some breathing room between the the personalization and the quote.

I prefer A since the black rectangle in the center balances out the reds more. maybe try having "Danica Simone" in a different font so that the quote becomes the ornate focus in the design? Great use of typography placement! :)
