Giselle, Loving your designs in these challenges!! :) I personally prefer v1 because I like to see your cute sun. If you're feeling torn, maybe swap the box and sun locations in v1 so you can see what it looks like with the box closer to the bottom with sun above it & maybe reduce the size of the sun just a bit. Just my thoughts... both are great. Really love your little alien and the details on your planets. :)

This is so charming, Giselle! I would maybe explore your type treatment a bit more. I'm finding "doodles" a bit difficult to read. Also, you might want to look at varying the size of your elements. I think that would create a bit more motion.

Cute! I like it, but maybe the sun needs to be bigger? I like Monica's idea too! And I agree that doodles is a little hard to read. I think if you moved the name and 'doodles' up a little bit more so that it's not so close to the edge of the box that would help but also trying different fonts or even a different color (like navy) might help it's legibility. Sorry if this a lot of stuff! :)

This is so cute! And this is just me being curious, but what if you put the sun shape behind the box with the name and maybe moved it down a little bit and then added some more of the irregular stars where the sun is now? I hope that's not totally confusing and you may have already tried this, but I'm just curious to see what it would look like. :)

Love your illustrations Giselle! I think Anna got some good points to consider. Would be interested to see what it looked like.
