What do you think of the design of the ornament, is it unified, or does anything look off? Wasn't really too sure how to handle the 'from the Hendersons' text, any suggestions? I had another version where the corner snowflake frame was the same color as the background pieces, but I think having it red makes it pop more, your thoughts? I'm new to Minted. Would also like to hear of any other feedback anyone might have. Thanks

Hi Qui! Sorry I didn't see your follow-up comment. Editing details out is always the hardest, isn't it?? I think it looks great with the changes though :) Good luck in the challenge!

Tried another idea for the family name text, not sure how it works though.

Hi iamtanya and Ling, thank you for the critique. I tried out your suggestions but I'm not sure if it's not too plain now? What do y'all think?

I don't think you need the corners. And maybe try dropping the Christmas ball down a bit so the cord won't be cut off. For the text, I would suggest changing it to something simple... like San serif typefaces. Since your design is already busy.

Cute ornament illustration :) Ditto what iamtanya said for the corners & moving things down so the cord isn't cut off. I would prefer to see the family name in either a sans serif or a block serif to echo the feel of the blocky text everywhere else. Maybe even try the same font as the year. Welcome to Minted & good luck :)
