I voted for the fonts in D. I never think anything is too simple. I think you could do without the "glow" effect and just use a solid, but lighter red for the whole background - just a suggestion! Good luck!

I don't think it's too simple. I think you can shrink a lot of the copy at the bottom- rsvp can go on one line for sure. And I'd playa round with the headline font- maybe not a traditional looking script. Something more brushy or just a fun sans serif
