I might change the title to something a little subtle. Even just steak maybe?

Nice!! I missed the poll, but I think this background works perfectly - very butcher-paper-ish. I prefer it without the drips too. :)

Clever. The drops of blood do add to the effect/theme, but may be a bit much for some.

I find this offensive and I don't mean to be rude or hurtful but to vegetarians it's really insensitive. I get the whole Texas steak thing but wish you could parlay the state into another metaphor. I am sorry for my crticism I hope it is not horrible of me to speak up. I saw the poll a couple weeks ago and almost said something but bit my tongue. I hope you win for something though.

I think the pink background with the blood red steak is too much - I liked the more neutral gray backgrounds. I'm also a pesce-vegetarian and it does turn my stomach a little.

I chose B - I like the two tones of red. Deeper red in the background and the bright red of the meat. Good luck!

I like D, then A. Fun concept. I think C and D would make great alternate colors.

D - I like how the mustard color compliments the red steak.

I guess I prefer the contrasting background instead of any of the complementary ones

D - makes the red pop the most and still feels neutral decor-wise

B and C have backgrounds that don't offset the beef's color, too much. So, it is between A and D for me. Plus, A and D give a more Western feel to how the colors complement one another. A is more subtle, while D grabs the eye more. So, depending on what your intent is as an artist, perhaps it will be a toss between A and D.

mmmm steak.... I like D - the colors remind me of a butcher block. Though A kind of reminds me of steel so I think that would be my second choice :)

This is an ingenious idea! I can't make my mind up as to the colors because I keep thinking about importance of football in the South ... do any of these tie in with either your pro or college team?

I'm going with D on this one. B makes it a bit hard to see. I think C would be a good alternate colorway if it gets selected.

OMG, this is great. I really like Option C because the pink against the red is so unexpected, but they are all great choices.
