Really nice clean design, and I think your wording sound great! My understanding with this wording is that there is going to be a new home in the new year. If they are already in the home, or if that's what you want to relay, it might be better to have "new home FOR the new year" …that's where my mind goes with it anyway ;)

Wording makes sense to me. I don't love the "cheers" text in the rose gold color with the rest of the text in white. I get you're trying to integrate the color but I think white would look better and then the state shape will stand out a bit more.

I think this is lovely! I do agree with ashley about the text at the top in white. Maybe just that line could be in the rose, or that might work better white too just to tie everything together at the top and feel like a single design unit.

I think it flows well too and I love how clean this is. I'm also in agreement that I think I would like the "cheers to 2017" in white. Maybe keep the little line in the rose gold color. It just kind of gets lost up there a little to me.
