No, not over saturated at all, in my opinion. There's a nice balance between the cool teals and the warm golds. I think toning it down would lose some of the impact of complimentary colors dancing with each other. Lovely!

Not over saturated. I wonder if you did a slightly different saturation/version, you could pair it and make a good diptych?
