B for me - this saying just seems more natural to me. Love the layout and pop behind the greeting.

Oh hello sounds more natural to me. I think you could even simplify a bit to "hello new year" or just "hello 2017"

I like the way B reads. The subtle gradient in the background is a really nice touch :)
