Hi Bob, love this one! To answer your questions, the grey give the traditional red a classy feel, how could anyone be sad looking at your wonderful illustrations?? I like the tracking on MC, the script font is ok but maybe try a few choices and run a poll if you're feeling any doubt. I wonder how a sans-serif would look?

As always, super adorable! I'm really liking the gray, however I would go a little lighter to enhance the brightness of the red or maybe try a minty blue, but I do really like the gray! So fun & unique to your style as always! :)

Your illustrations always stand out, Bob! Love that the one little elf is winking (and I love the gray too).

huh somehow it never saved my comment! I love everything about this and the gray feels very warm and modern to me and fits so lovely with the rest of your style. The only picky thing is I might bring in the tracking on the merry christmas - or use a script with just a bit more breathing room between the letters - the contrast to me is just a bit jarring. But not a deal breaker because I still love it. Hope these guys make an appearance on some wrapping paper this season! ;)

I like the gray -- as a designer! Illustrations are perfect and I like the size they are. Great job. The script family name seems a bit to tight. Looking for a more breathable font. I would also try less kerning in Merry Christmas. Just a tad bit.

I think the gray is okay because of the texture. I would personally make everything 4-5% bigger, just a tiny bit. Awesome clean design, you have one of the best styles.

I was drawn to both A and B, but I ended up going with B because those corners left me with a slight Nordic feel (which seems to fit with the little guys).

I'm choosing B, though A is nice as well. I think C is too crazy and takes away from the cute illustration. I think scale is great with everything, but check that the family name is centered under the greeting, it doesn't appear to me that it is, but it would be an illusion... I also really like the grey!

I'm drawn to A and B but it seems to be off center a bit, not sure if it's the white snowflake on the left that's making me see it that way. I love the different red tones and the spacing with the greeting! I think the personalization font matches the greeting font a little too much. Perhaps changing it to something more whimsical would play along more with the fun illustration

I voted B - or A is nice too, the corners mirror similar shapes and lines in the illustration well without being distracting. Love the illustration! Also, the grey is a great base for it to pop!

The gray feels warm and the texture gives it an inviting softness – how could anyone be sad after seeing those elfin faces?! Every element you mentioned (size, spacing, color) seems spot on, this is a super cute design :) If you want to do a poll, just for fun, you could try the design in a couple of different die templates.
