I really like what you've done with the text – your copy and the presents now have the same mojo going for them :) One other thing that might be cool is if you had the red show up again in the greeting (maybe the family name) …worth a try?

Thanks Shannon! Yes I experimented with adding red to the text but I think it ultimately took away from the overall design so I left it off. Thanks for your tips!

yes! I absolutely love this, the beautifully done strokes with follow throughs, the perspective, so great. My only recommendation might be to play around with font choice a little more, the bottom text reads well, but I feel like the top text could be something a little leaner/longer, more similar looking to the strokes you have on the gifts.

Those presents are super gestural – very cool! I kind of wish the "merry christmas" had a similar gestural / hand rendered quality :)
