Love the wispy feel of this design. One thought, in keeping with that light feel maybe thin the red border a point or two?

I like A! Maybe try one with the red border a little thinner and also with the photo area a little shorter so you can have more room for the type to be larger.

I like the brightness of the white. I might make the red frame a bit thinner to echo the feel of the ribbons.

B for me, and I agree about adding a stroke so it's a little darker. The illustrations are a little muddy to me. You might consider removing the yellow-brown swash of color behind them, and maybe rotating the pine cones a bit so you can see them more clearly against the greenery.

Went with B – I like that there's more emphasis on your graphic and less on the copy, strikes a good balance :)
