I like the snowflakes, but it seems they are smushed horizontally

I like the soft gray pattern you've created with the snowflakes and the colors you are using. I'd maybe play around with the font and placement a bit more. Companies probably want their name to stand out, I'd use a different font from the sentiment to create that visual separation. Merry Christmas is running pretty close to the edges, so id play with the placement of the sentiment a little bit and see what you come up with.

i like the main font, but I think the company name needs to have a different, more legible font. It should be a simple serif, not too bod, the sizing seems right though.

I agree that the snowflakes do seem to be smushed, maybe stretch them vertically and diagonally to help with that. "Merry Christmas" also seems to be fairly low in the design, I would move that up just a tad. Beautiful color palette!

This is the start of a nice simple design :) I'd consider having Merry Christmas on one line (keep it stream-lined) and centering the company name.

I'd make the company name more legible and a different font than the card greeting. Possibly put the company logo on the bottom, centered.
