Maybe work on spacing between the lines, best of luck

I think it could have a few more holiday touches as this feels more Valentine to me. I think the spacing for the "wishing you..." can be thicker and with "The Williams Family" and whats below it can be moved up a tad. Beautiful colors!

this is a pretty card, but it doesn't feel very "holiday" to me. Maybe you could try working in all tones of blue/purple to look more wintery or reds and greens. I like the font in "joy to the world"

It could use a little more holiday flair :) Mostly in color!

I like your textured background! Agree with the comment on line spacing. Also agree that you could play around with bringing in more Christmas :) Maybe the rainbow could be in the shape of a candy cane, or you could use candy cane colors for the rainbow?

Nice design! The spacing between the message lines needs to be evened out. The colors scheme could use some festivity.

I think the design is interesting but the coloring could lean more towards christmas. Right now it doesn't feel like a christmas card.

Does the glitter make it more festive?

Your line spacing in B is looking better!

Maybe try a rainbow with more classically festive colors for the season? Not sure how I feel about the glitter, maybe because its just on the outsides? Have you tried doing a glitter stripe or two within the rainbow too?

I voted for C - I like the extra bit of sparkle, but I'd consider simplifying the background to maybe just plain white?

Not sure the glitter layer is working well. Maybe bring it to foil if you want the added pop. May look fine without it as well.

I think this is a sweet design, in order to make it more festive maybe choose more saturated colors for the rainbow? Then again, that might take away the retro feel you are going for so hard to say!
