A for me! Your type and frame are really nice against the full-bleed photo - they stand on their own beautifully.

B. The design works perfectly with this photo... all that sunshine and open space! :)

Thanks so much for the continuing feedback!! I have taken on board a few comments and chose the popular two! I moved 'Peace' and 'Love' slightly closer together and removed the Rose Gold '2016' and placed it in with the working text in lieu of 'Family'. I have my preference but would love to hear yours. I think this is a cleaner composition and enjoy the simplicity of it! Thoughts?

I think I like A the best - it would be the most versatile. Though I would remove the date entirely, it just feels awkward in the space to me. Or remove family and have the date in that font/size/color so it's all one unit? I might also try bringing the frame in a bit so the surrounding margins were all the same - removing the date would probably help with this.

It's a tie between C and D for me - both are lovely. Great edits! I might also suggest bringing "peace" and "love" closer together to create a more unified look. They feel a smidge too far apart at present.

I chose C, the design is most readable and the rose gold foil fits the warm tone of the photo.

Thanks so much everyone for your feedback and suggestions! Here are a few more draft ideas I would love comments on. Trying a few different things, still in early stages but would love some ideas before I progress to much further.

Really pretty! I like the clean lines of option B. I don't think the small foil lines are really necessary. I would maybe try "the higgins family" all on one line and see if you can make the whole black portion smaller, letting the photo be even larger. This could also be really pretty without the black, with just the text and foil border on top of a full bleed photo.

I like the alignment of the text underneath "peace" and "love" in B best. "Peace" and "love" feel like they're a little high on the page - maybe consider bringing them down a bit to create more cohesion between them and the rest of the text? Good luck!

I think the lines in A fill the space nicely. Option B feels a bit empty.

I like B, but I feel the ampersand doesn't quite fit. Maybe a + instead. Also the typography seems a tad top have. Best of luck

I went with B – this is nice and clean! I was thinking that your ampersand could be a bit bigger though?

Hi Benjamin, The classic look of the double border and the words peace & love are the foil I noticed when scrolling through the submissions. With a closer look, the thin lines don't feel necessary. I like the square shape of the foil but believe the photo could be larger, since customers are purchasing these types of designs to showcase a photo. Just a couple of thoughts. Best of luck. : )

Took the advice of Debb W and enlarged the photo for a larger focus as the design is so simple. Need some further thoughts / suggestions on the decorative lined though...
