Oh well fine just change it completely ;) This looks really nice. I might just bring the bottom text down a few nudges - it's pretty tight against the m. And maybe an ever so slight white transparent gradient to help the dark text stand out?

Looks like I missed the poll. I'm liking this but I really like the photo from version 10 with the ultra sound pic. Foil would also be lovely.

I think the full bleed emphasizes your type if you are going to use the yellow. Nice!

Both photos work well with your greeting, but I think A visually stands out a little more.

Love this! I might just make the yellow type a couple points smaller to give the white text a little more room on top.

LOVE the yellow. I just wish the "e" in "extra" was easier to read. It almost just looks like a swooshy "x". Overall, I love your design though. Fresh, fun and versatile.
