This is really simple and sweet. I didn't even notice the snowflakes at first - I'm not sure you even need them. I would also give the "from the andersons" line a bit of extra tracking/letter spacing to help with readability.

Hello, I like your banner. I think it would work on its own without the flowers. I can see the flowers on a different design in vibrant color!

Really pretty! I wonder if you need the dark box behind the frame - does the text not show up enough on it's own? I think it's a little harsh; maybe play around with a different photo that would make it not necessary or see if you can make it a little more translucent so it's not so obvious. I would also make "andersons" lowercase to match the rest of the text in that section. This would also be a great foil submission - really fun!

Fun design, I like the transparent poinsettia looking snowflakes! One thought, tighten the leading a bit and vertically center the text in your banner, the two lines feel separate instead of united in the design. Just a thought. : )
